I only brought up Russia because I know Putin's been chomtping at the bit to get the Ruskies back into combat that's more local (read: not Syria)...

Pakistan (keep in mind that both Pakistan and India are nuclear powers) would do it just to piss off the West if they thought they could get away...

I don't see his Generals being ready to make a move anytime soon, while he isn't popular with his staff particularly the long list of old...
