Yup it’s in the game, and the whisper is now craftable, you get a new frame up to IV from the mission.

Back when they were still selling most of the expansions for full price, I always told anyone interested not to bother unless they were on sale...

This is kinda why I'm curious in the first place. I pay more for the occasional Taco Bell than this bundle. It's not like I'm new to the game...
