Case is still going on it seems hers and Jani's were consolidated but after that there has been nothing posted on pacer. Was not able to get any of the stuff from pacer but i did find minutes from a meeting 5/30/25.
Her friend seems to have lost her case? Rehearing was denied yet shes sitll doing something.
Susan is now a part of a program that if you pay $20 you get a badge to feel important when you harass CPS for families. Probably making life worse for them in the long run.
She spends her days posting multiple videos of CPS with commentary.

It reminds me of this case. This guy started grifting the “CPS child stealing” crowd online and charging for terrible batshit legal advice. One of the deranged mothers showed up at his house and killed him, figuring he was actually a secret CPS agent. He also assigned them to”jobs” and “roles” in his scammy operation to make them feel important and keep the wheels spinning

Susan starting an extrajudicial volunteer citizen agency to supervise CPS workers? Yeah, there's no way that leads to stalking and harassment charges.
I wonder if they've put Jani to work in some minimum wage job to help pay the bills. Or is Cory still charged with supporting his women by detailing cars? I can't see Susan tolerating Jani having any outside influences, but I can't see Cory tolerating Jani not earning, either.
I know, I believe that’s the photo the radio station used for her “traffic reporter” job when she was 30 years old in 1998. (I know she used the same photo for her and Michael’s attempt at a podcast after getting Jani on Oprah.)
It’s crazy to think Susan was ever capable of holding down a real job for several years when she was younger. Makes me think pregnancy hormones really turbo charged her mental illness.
( I’ve also always thought she abuses stimulants to increase her mania. It’s no accident in the looney anti-CPS groups she’s in that a not small portion of the moms who lost custody due to being active meth heads)
Is Susan’s mom still alive? I was waiting for her to try and move in and take her mom’s prime real estate house in the Bay Area. Maybe her brother prevented it.
I’m curious how Susan manages financially now. For fifteen years her finances and social life depended on grifting her two disabled kids and the govt benefits that came with them. She got SSI checks, subsidized housing, “in home healthcare aides” she could boss around, medi-cal to abuse tf out of. Jani still probably gets an SSI check, Medi-Cal and might get Susan preference in subsidized apartments. Does Susan still live in that squalid apartment they destroyed? I figure Susan lost the subsidy it when the kids got removed.
Also all her fighting and screeching seems to be about suing CPS for what happened years ago. Is she still trying to get Bhodi back? He’s going to be 18 soon. A full grown man that may or may not be potty trained. I’ve always been curious how after destroying their brains Susan would deal with having to care for two full grown speds for the rest of her life.

In her own book, Susan detailed how she made exactly zero plans for childcare when she had Jani. It's like she wanted to get pregnant, but didn't understand that a baby would come out of her and need things 24/7 (this is fairly common with narc moms.)
You'd think some time during her couple weeks of maternity leave - that was what California unemployment gave at the time, two weeks; you get six weeks of unemployment now - Susan or Michael would have figured out that they needed to hire a babysitter if they were both working. But they did not figure this out.
Susan went back to the radio station for work with Jani in a car seat. She really thought this was the solution: just bring a fussy newborn to a radio station, where sound is tightly controlled. Susan was shocked when she was asked to leave for the day and get childcare, and she basically quit then and there (though in her written version, people just give her sad looks and Susan reads their minds and quietly walks out without a peep.)
Susan's total lack of change agility caused her to lose her mind when she had children. Susan was able to cope with life on a surface level without kids; somehow between her and Michael, they didn't get their lights cut off, or get evicted, or kill their dog, or get fired from work.
Bringing a child into the equation blew Susan way outside of her emotional and logical abilities. Michael was no help, like many half-hearted fathers aren't, but Susan lacked the capacity to understand that Jani needed a lot of attention and care - and she didn't understand that all babies require this level of attention. Susan interpreted normal infant needs snd behaviors as murderous insantiy.
He has been but their state does not stop visitiation with the biological parents like EVERY other state does. Susan will always have some form of access to him.
Old, but need to clarify that California is not the only state that does this. Many do. It’s part of that new push to maintain parental ties after accusations of “culture erasure” and whatnot when children of color were adopted outside of their race. Keeping all siblings together is also part of this.
I know of a white couple who were saddled with five kids after only agreeing to adopt two. The Asian mom (drugs, prostitution) kept having kids, and the state made these people take the additional siblings or else their foster to adopt track would be terminated. This also reset the clock for the mom’s rights to be terminated. The kids have to meet with mom or her family once a month, per court orders.
Seeing this thread get bumped terrified me because it made me remember Bodhi turned 18 a few weeks ago. Now I'm horrified that it was somehow possible to make the foster care system/CPS even worse. I really hope Susan didn't get her claws back into Bodhi.

She posts on facebook multiple times every day. Mostly just sharing some "evil cps" crap and AI animal videos and still diagnosing everyone who commits a crime with schizophrenia
Bodhi was permanently brain damaged by the medications given to him up until the age of 11. It's possible that his autism just worsened over time, but unlikely given the abilities he had, then lost. Given his severe disability, he'll likely remain in foster care until age 21, when he will graduate to an adult group home situation on the public dole.

The fact that Bodhi is 18 now and there doesn't seem to be any attempt to reunite with her tells me either he needs caretakers and they're keeping him away from her, or he's cognizant enough to make decisions for himself and knows to stay away from her.
I was thinking about this again today. The silver lining in this depressing story is Susan lost everything. She went from being a respected "mental health advocate" with two kids to torture to being exposed as an abusive, psychotic fraud and child abuser. She no longer has minors in her care, only an adult who, though possibly co-dependent with her, still has the autonomy to remove herself from the situation at any point.
She'll never be publicly respected again, she'll never have unfettered access to vulnerable minors again, and her grift is dead. The only supporters she has are other schzio wine aunts.
I really hope Susan didn't get her claws back into Bodhi.
