I just beat it and cought up with the thread.

I gasped. But after a few minutes I realised Toby could be tricking us again, and this December is not the same Dess that is part of the Holiday family.

So... Alphys, instead of being a lesbian, is now a fujoshi. Is that an improvement or a downgrade? You tell me, Kiwis.

pardon me if I am wrong, but the other side of that door has never been revealed, yes? Principal's Office or something?

SOY BOOOY!

I laughed at this one.

Someone here posted a screenshot claiming that the pumpkin was damaged, but he's fine in my playthrough.

Another line said it tastes like onions. I sure hope Onion-san is okay.
Also, the ICE-E guy didn't try leaving the water after he sunk, did he drown? Could he just be a FNAF/Chuck-E-Cheese style animatronic?
And I suppose I agree that it's a shame that we didn't learn much in this chapter. There was a line referencing something evil in the underground of hometown, so that means the Roots theory could be real.
Like all the fan theorists suggested, Asgore was involved in an incident and wanted to fix it until the end of ch5, but... we don't get to know what happened or what it was about? Fuck...
And apparently someone here managed to get the dialogue choice where Susie confessed that she bullied Kris in ch1 because he was jelous of his closeness to Noelle? And not because she is a homeless orphan who puts on a tough guy persona due to her trauma, not having realised yet the true value of friendship and opening up to people you can trust? Gosh....
Since nobody is bringing it up here, I wanted to point out that Susie and everyone else isn't becoming friends with Kris, they are doing so with the SOUL. Without the soul, Kris is some antisocial creep who likely doesn't even care about the fun gang. What also kinda stinks is the fact that when Asgore describes how Kris matured, he is just describing how the Soul acts. We are going to see a lot of drama and heartbreak when any of these guys realise that Soul and Kris are actually separate beings... Well, as far as shipping goes, Susie can take the vessel with the Soul, and Noelle can get the Kris she grew up with, while Ralsei and Berdly get scraps.
Seeing how little Ch5 progressed with the plot, I suppose my schizo theory is still not debunked: Kris was a creepy friendless loser, while Asriel was the gifted child who got all the trophies and was popular with his peers. Sans in UT is, supposedely, a sociable guy(everyone knows him according to some lines) and a skilled engineer (according to what we see in his basement), whereas Papyrus is a dork who despite his best efforts, is quite incompetent and lacks common sense. If Papyrus were to realise how much of a loser he is, he'd probably suffer an emotional letdown, and maybe even want to lash out at the world. I mean, the buff tomboy that he's employed by decided to date a fat otaku girl instead of a "cool guy" like him. With that in mind, what if Papyrus is the Knight, and Kris is working together with him to bring about some kind of incel uprising against the people of hometown? I know Toby would never do this, but a man can dream...
If there's one more thing I wanna add, the Steam version of the soundtrack removed the info regarding Toby's collaborators from the metadata. Shame!
