They actually qualified for one world cup (1950), but only because every other team in their qualifying group withdrew before the games even...

It's almost as if the cuisine of India isn't good nutrition... Also, I imagine that the number of Olympics medals won is low.

out of curiosity i took a shallow dive into jeet football, and did the usual digging for "best", "most" etc football being a very athletic sport...
