iirc wasn't a lot of the physics shit like the rain running off stuff actually in the PS2's processor with the "Emotion Engine" stuff?

I never had a problem with them, at least the 360 version. Plus, I am glad they ported over Peace Walker so that I don't have to fire up a PSP...
