Nick thinks that if he can get himself saying "Aaron has a tiny penis" entered into the court transcripts he can do a "micro truth" and say "Aaron Imholte has a tiny penis and this is official court record, so it's true!" as if you can't literally just say anything you want during court and have it put on the transcript.

You should ask why Nick is using an attorney who works out of a UPS store mail box on the east side of MSP instead of someone who has a law office or closer to him. Aaron's lawyer is local. Most people are going to go with a lawyer who is local. Not someone who is going to bill you an extra 2 hours travel time every time they have to show up! Even Nick had a shitty office when he was playing dress up pretend lawyer.

So lets decide what it is....and in no particular order:

1. Every local lawyer knows of who Nick is and knows it is kyrptonite to represent him.
2. He is broke, and this is the cheapest lawyer he could find.
3. He saw US Navy on one of the CVs of the lawyers and thought that meant he could suck some dick for payment

This does cut both ways though. If both Aaron and Nick take the stand to clarify Nicks weird obsessions they can get on the record that Kayla was Toed repeatedly and raw, that Nick needs super viagra for his dick to work, hell can maybe even get in stuff like the kid testing positive to cocaine. Of course alot of this would need to have Nick open the door to be relevant but as we've seen with him talking to cops I dont think itd be too hard.

I think Aaron's lawyer can easily establish relevancy for pretty much every single piece of information that has come out about Nick since the coke stream.

"Mr. Imholte, can you tell us more about your relationship with Nick Rekieta? How did you meet each other, what is your history?"

"So you met at his house to take drugs together and have swinger parties?"

"I can't talk to Aaron, but I can talk to his layer" - Nick... Well yes, bur wouldn't that indicate Nick has chosen to represent himself? As I understand it any and all communication should go through each parties respective legal representative.
Also Nick might get an TRO, or warning, from communicating directly to Aaron's lawyer and ordered to go through his own lawyer. I would at least ask for one if I was Aarons lawyer based on that clip. I know this is optimistic, but would not hurt Aarons case if his lawyer asked for Nick to be admonished.

An obvious double standard hasn't stopped Nick before.
 
I think whatever it is that Aaron and his attorney does, if the HRO is successful, they have to make sure that Nick cannot only not talk to Aaron (which is already in place but is fucking nothing since they don't live in the same fucking city), he can't even talk ABOUT Aaron, directly or indirectly. The more stupidity he insists on doing, I think the more likely the restraining order expands to include, "Actually no, now you can't even talk about Aaron, directly or indirectly, you fucking faggot."

I don't know how you could insist on a restraining order with someone with a platform like Nick who very obviously wants to harass Aaron, who you brought the HRO on because of the things he was saying ABOUT you, and not stop him from talking ABOUT you. Give Nick the same restrictions towards Aaron that Aaron has regarding Kayla. Make it really fucking dangerous for Nick to even look like he's getting other people to help him get around the HRO. Don't even let "Aaron" be something that can be said in Nick's presence, similar to how Aaron somehow gets in trouble for other people saying Kayla when he's not even fucking there.

That was the advice given to Aaron when he got slapped with the Kayla HRO. He should have requested one in return for Nick and Kayla, to even the playing field. Instead he accepted to play with one arm tied behind his back, and then in his infinite wisdom let Geno Bisconte run his mouth on his show or during one of his events, TWICE.

If Aaron had listened to the advice, STFU about Nick, got a HRO early, he would not have NOT gone to jail, and would not have Melton and the entire Pedoverse listening to presentations about his penis.

But knowing Aaron I fully expect him to invite Geno on his show in the week before the HRO hearing and go to jail again.

That would provide the incredibly rare legal opportunity for Nick to question himself on the witness stand. Which is one of those fascinating corner-cases of trials. But even with a license, the one thing he can't do is represent himself pro se and represent Melton at the same time in a combined proceeding.

White went to the limit in Nick's criminal trial entertaining Nick's strange ideas and pursing things he likely knew were never going to work. Its going to be really tough to find someone even more accommodating than white has been. Many of Nick's complaints about White now are more indirect complaints about the judge. Whatever faults the judge has, the judge is not going to allow Nick to play the role of co-attorney in the case with White, allow Nick to participate in chambers in discussion with the other attorneys and the judge as if he were co-attorney and he isn't for the most part (because he did let Nick call for a recess in the most recent hearing) allow Nick to make objections and motions in open court.

The other limit in this HRO thing is that White by Nick's choice has two clients: Nick and Melton. He has to ethically represent the interests of both rather than just Nick. That itself creates outer limits on what White can do in the case in terms of following Nick's more unhinged instructions.
