Remember when Nick insisted that his lawyer had NOT asked for the continuance at the last minute? Only to now admit — a mere week later at most - how pissed he is that his lawyer dragged his feet on filing that request so late?

Nick thinks he can pull shit like this on a regular basis and not suffer a credibility hit. Which is why his only remaining defenders are tards like TUGSIMP:

From what I've read about these substances you can binge 2 days straight of cocaina and amphetamines and you will piss clean in 24-72hrs with ease.
Cannabis is the hardest to flush out, it shows for a week in piss and months in hair follicles.

Nick has confirmed himself that he has medical prescriptions for two different amphetamines (adderall, provigil) and Cannabis. Though not confirmed, he could also have something for Ketamine. The thing about failing a drug test is that failing it either means he got drunk or did cocaine with cocaine being more likely because of the length of time he skipped (IMO).

Aaron went to jail for a probation violation and Nick gets 16 hours of picking up trash....
To be fair -- Nick's mistake did not effect anyone. Aaron's effect (as far as the state is concerned) further traumatized the victim. It makes sense they'd be treated differently. (Yes, we all think Nick is not sober and is using all the time, but the state doesn't think that -- because the state is stupid.)

Still says the kids still don't know anything that went on relationship/drug-wise. Says the kids never put things together so they didn't have to figure out an explanation for everything.

Right........

What next, CPS taking them away for weeks was a frat house initiation ceremony?

Miss April, the new 'nanny' was a cast member of Punk'd and this ordeal was all a goof?

The lack of hygiene and regular meals, along with observations by the local community were a Truman Show episode?

Nick is reaping a whirlwind of vengefulness among his brood. The 2 eldest especially will ignore assisting him if he ever has a medical emergency linked to his substance abuse.

mommy and daddy are really good friends with the sheriffs department and court system. Interesting how large donations make good friends.

Rekieta is in full Franks Hearing mode again only this time it is his testimony that will save the day, humiliate Aaron, humiliate Aaron's lawyer, humiliate the judge...
Sure buddy.

Scared little eyes, clenched jaw... Had a little more bad news there buddy? Did you get a shower text from someone interstate maybe?
Got another email from any authorities? Maybe it will be in the mail so don't worry.

True, I'm pretty sure he has said he doctor shopped for ketamine treatment also.
i think this slap on the wrist judgment for a drug related criminal was only about failing to appear to testing.

I almost never come into this thread, but I just gotta say I hate seeing pictures of current Rekieta because of how uncannily he looks like Lupin the Third.
I think you mean how retardly he tries to LARP as Lupin the Third.

Bullshit. The oldest definitely figured the cuckoldry out even if he just heard about stuff from classmates or from merely googling his own last name. Kids are incredibly skilled at concealing shit, especially from their drugged out loser parents.

Regarding the drugs, is Nick seriously suggesting that they haven't put two and two together from when their parents were arrested? WTF!?

More than likely, they all know at this point to some level, but keep things quiet to preserve some sense of normalcy, probably hoping their deadbeat parents get their act together.

Normally Im just amused by Nick's retardery, but it makes me incensed when bullshit artists think they're pulling a fast one on people.

Nick just cant help but lie. Now lie down like a bitch and die, Nick. Off to hell. devilkeita.png

Didn't "April" say that "she" and Nick had sat together with his kids and explained their fucked up throuple faggotry? Or was that just the myopia of noticing inconvenient facts?
Nick's mistake did not effect anyone.
Disagree. Every time Nick chooses drugs, he chooses them over his wife and children. He chooses them knowing that the last time he was caught with them, it fucked up their lives, and he knew that there would be consequences if he did them again, and he did it anyways. And he keeps doing drugs anyways because he believes he can get away with it, and that they only affect him (but not negatively), and don't affect his children. He's wrong on every single count.

And even if he doesn't get away with it, and they do affect him negatively, and they do affect his kids, he believes they shouldn't be illegal in the first place. It's always the eternal moving of the goalpost.

He now knows Johnson responds to childish behavior like a child instead of like a professional. His new legal strategy is to needle Johnson like this going forward. He admits it was a ridiculous thing to approach Johnson like this.
Says Johnson looks like a alcoholic.

As usual, Nick is out of his mind for even thinking about doing that. As far as I know, this is a bench trial for the HRO with judge deciding everything. Trying to clown it up on the witness stand during something like this will be an absolute disaster for him. The judge will see what he is doing and likely conclude that he is a psychopath.

Nick will almost certainly be a terrible witness anyway. Because one of the most important parts of being a witness is understanding that you are not the active participant. Your attorney is. You have to put yourself in your attorney's hands and allow him to shape the arguments and make the points. Nick is not going to be able to do that. He will argue from the stand and he will try to make his case in cross-examination. I'm not sure he even has to testify and honestly its probably in his best interests not to testify at the HRO hearing.

Of course, there are allegations that he wrote questionable Xanax scripts for Anthony during his divorce or after.
He probably has a Dr. Feelgood prescribing him whatever he wants, just like Dr. Steve has always done for Cumia.

Not just Cumia, it seems:

Obviously all that shit about "weeks" of care prior to Hackamania, about the actual "exam" that took place, about multiple different methods of treatment administered, etc. could just be chalked up to performative parroting of the exact talking points necessary to setting up the purported legitimacy of Dr. Steve's letter, but to blab so much about the Tennessee-licensed and Virginia-licensed doctor's Schedule II prescription to a Nevada-domiciled patient on stage is so brazen that you really have to wonder if this whole thing was a werk to drive engagement from the get-go, just like they claim all the talk about the Google Drive supposedly was.

INB4 ether A) those "weeks" were preceded by an expedited interstate compact license that by its very nature somehow doesn't show up on ordinary license searches but will be whipped out at the last minute to dunk on Aaron for falling into a trap that baited him into going after the DV's most "beloved" figure so as to align any fencesitters against him, or B) that bottle's full of sugar pills with "hola, DEA" handwritten on the label or some shit, because any other explanation of committing the above to film would just be too dumb, even for them.

"If it wasn't for their dad and I telling the truth about love and sex and the two of us- those kids would have been left to read all of the LIES AND CHEAP FILTH you bottom-feeding scum have put on the internet for a year now!! Nick and I will keep telling the truth, you won't."
