Faggot Pakis love to dicksuck the Iranian regime because they have a massive inferiority complex to it. They want to be a "badass" theocracy that stands up to Israel and the US, but they're a joke of a country that is actively held hostage by it's own military and constantly gets humiliated by a nation of people who eat cow shit. Iran repeatedly makes pie in the sky proposals that in no way show any good-faith efforts. You have to kill them all unfortunately.
I say unfortunately because its going to be a pain in the ass to reduce the IRGC into street thugs and take out everyone capable of technical ability.

Charge a toll for what? It's not a canal that they are maintaining, it's a natural formation, and Iran only borders one side of it anyway, the other side is attached to Oman or whatever.
This is extortion, regardless of which country is imposing it.

Local sources report that during the ongoing search operation for the missing pilot, United States fighter jets attacked an unidentified group (IRGC or local Basij forces) that were attempting to approach the probable location of the pilot and bombed the group's position. The bombing location is the southern side of "Black Mountain" located in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province.

Wouldn't be surprised if the UAE and SA were included in that group, urging him that everything in the country can be considered a dual-use target.

I just feel like putting the option out there since I have seen it mentioned: I don't think patience has anything to do with it. Trump is extremely impatient, but it's irrelevant to the thought process here.

The behind the scenes reality is that he (and Israel, obviously) is not looking for a peace deal. The conflict kicked off with them pretending they were just to surprise attack them instead. Nothing has changed.

But it's rhetorically useful to pretend he's seeking peace and the Iranians aren't cooperating. That gives them more "justification" for the phase that's starting now of attacking lots of critical civilian infrastructure.

Since when in the past 5 decades have Iranians truly been negotiating in good faith with America? The war is a massive fucking drag for everything else he wants to accomplish. Trump is one of the more ambitious presidents we’ve had, the most ambitious since Reagan. By your own imputed description he wants the cheapest off ramp possible if we grant that he’s impatient and also even slightly rational, the latter of which is undeniable. The Iranians aren’t providing a viable way out for an Islamic Republic, they’re interested in going down with the ship and attempting to test if strategic bombing can collapse the reversion to this new breed of piracy they’re testing out.

You're not understanding my point here and any judgment of the Iranians is besides that point anyways. My position is that the goal of Netanyahu and Trump from day one is, as Hegseth said, to "bomb them into the stone age". There's a small chance they could've got a popular uprising and regime change, but it was always remote and it didn't happen.

Their goal, therefore, is just to absolutely demolish everything in the country. The military capabilities first and foremost, of course, but beyond that, even the civilian infrastructure that is important for rebuilding anything military related, as well as just generally keeping the country functional and with a growing economy. They want them, again, in the stone age.

So, to go back to the previous post, I'm saying that the Trump admin is, whatever you think of Iran, not operating in "good faith". Assume Iran isn't either, it changes nothing. But attacking civilian infrastructure is bad optics. However, consider the logic for nuking Japan civilians: "Well, they just weren't negotiating or surrendering. We had no other choice!". Same idea.

We are seeing the American way of war in action. We care about our men, and the enemy knows we care about our men. What the enemy does not realize however is Americans will die so that a brother trapped behind the lines will live. They fundamentally do not understand the way we think, in much the same way we don't fundamentally understand the way they think.

There are going to be a shit ton of dead Iranians tonight that would not be dead had they not gone after one lone pilot in the mountains and just let us exfil him.
