we do. Its called "they never worked in the first place".

They don't, they can launch outside detectable range for some cases and just utilize radar jamming + quick low payload missiles when not possible...

I guess it is a question of China, and deterence vs effectiveness. Use it now and potentially give the PLA time to adapt, or save it for a war...
