All EMPS run the risk of fucking up our Ionosphere beyond repair, there is a reason they have never been deployed officaly also EMPS are...

I think the idea is the electronic ones, not a nuke.

I am of the "Bombs Away LeMay" school of thought, so nuking the communists is on the table in my book.
