Nah, it's just that cardio, especially in the gym, is not as fulfilling as weightlifting. Hitting a new personal lifting record just sounds cooler...

They're also terrified of losing their fat-supplemented "gains". Adding a healthy dosage of cardio would probably cut down on a lot of these guys...
