That's funny. I just did a search in Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (ECF 209, attachment 1) and I see no results at all for things like "DJ"...

He can't even get the Rule 106 explanation right, and you want citations??? Sounds like Greer isn't the only one who got worked up into a tard rage.

i believe that you're supposed to begin a declaration by stating that you're "an adult and competent to testify to the matters set forth herein"...
