He drinks those V8 energy drinks all the time, he wakes up with one and has at least 3 at least a day. Coupled with his :stress: he isn't sleeping.

Dicking around on mobile games and Twitter until all hours of the night also plays a big role in hampering sleep...especially if his phone does...
