Personally they should bring back the old traditions of their Aztecian(sp?) and Spanish ancestry in picking torture and execution methods.

It's not that simple. Groups of people did band together and start lynching people, and then the vigilantes discovered how much fucking money...

They'd need to kill enough of them that there's nobody left to retaliate. Good luck with that when the cartels have access to military grade...
