For anyone that would like to know who were the designers of this structure, it was the Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects firm.

It looks like something that homeless people would build using random stolen materials.

Honestly, I think most of these libraries suck. Especially when Jefferson had the best one solely because it was his actual mansion he designed...
