My guess is probably not. Even though he’s been acting as though he’s personally responsible for how well the season has gone for the Brewers, if they lose now he can just quietly ignore it and pretend it doesn’t matter much to him, but if they manage to turn it around and go all the way you better believe he’ll be bragging as if he alone did the dodgers in. That’s the beauty of being a sports fan.
