Depends how you’re eating. I burn between 3,000-3,500 calories a day when I’m training so I can stay pretty lean and eat and drink what I want.

Creatine helps with brain function also, and you get fat/thin in the kitchen, not the gym. I think light but prolonged cardio is where it is at...
