This is bullshit because I have seen plenty of black people get jobs that involve computers or being in an office.

They'll never tell you why 'they picked another candidate' but any arrest is probably #1, gotta get em expunged for the $$$. Just a google search...

The solution would be to only provide employers a list of someone's arrests that led to conviction, but the undesirables in our country would take...

So then why don't more employers refuse to hire black people and just say those black people weren't qualified? Oh, right. Because it's a crime...
