It’s highly unlikely they would have found a surgeon willing to perform WLS on a 13 year old. Even Fat Alex had to go to Mexico for her lapband...

I do remember her talking about it but yeah, she might have changed the narrative. She’s Canadian so they have some interesting ideas on surgeries...
