College is expensive. He probably could go to a better school, but he may have gotten a full ride at UVU compared to reach schools.

Might have been given a full ride. Makes more sense than taking on school debt in this economy.

Full scholarship probably. Also she didn’t post SAT so that means he probably didn’t even bother because he was only looking for in-state options...
