It's the ears.

I don't think so, the noses don't seem to match, its kinda hard to tell with how blurry the picture is tho.

The face shape does look remarkably similar, maybe trying laying on the photos on top of another with the faces aligned.

It's compelling, similar blush, similar build, what you can see of the hair seems right, it's grainy as fuck but the ears seem to be the same too

Can't tell about the nose, but build, jawline, hairline and hand proportions are very close.

The shooter is very clearly some variation of brown; the dude/chick from Facebook is white as snow. They aint the same
