Strongly depends. Beef BBQ I'd have to go with Texas, whereas pork BBQ I'd have to go with Kansas City or Carolinas style.

Pork ribs cooked in a sous vide, rub/sauce up to you. I'm also partial to a nice fatty brisket, though I've never tried to cook one.

All Around: Kansas City. Its not the best on everything but its at least "Better than OK" on anything, it doesn't make anything worse. Best Pork...
