I disagree. The groups you mentioned have huge issues, of course, but only Africans are capable of creating the mud-eating cannibalistic nightmare...

Don't forget about the Venezuelans, who were groomed by Chavez and Maduro to have the "give us free stuff" mentality implanted in their heads.
