I grew up with brothers, so I'm pretty sure that's the only reason I'm into bantering and teasing. I've found this type of humor to be pretty polarizing though, some guys like it, some don't and get hurt easily. I need a man that isn't going to get offended if I call them gay and retarded.
 
-Someone who I can actually hold a conversation with, and not feel like I'm talking to a brick wall.

-Has a creative hobby. Could be anything from art, building stuff, writing, gardening, heck even baking. Passive hobbies like video games and stuff aren't bad (I enjoy vidya too), but if that's all they do then they're boring.

-Just plain old reciprocity. If I put in effort, I expect the same amount back.

-Also has to have long hair.
 
Requirements:
- Intellect. I cannot date a stupid man. He has to be smart.
- College degree (bachelors minimum). Look I understand that this =/= intellect, but I have known many smart people without college degrees who could not get a basic job as a result.
- Sense of humor.
- No kids, but wants to have kids.
- Can put up with my introversion.
- Ambitious and providing. Traditional gender roles are great and I want to have and raise children. He needs to be able to provide. I can still work too but he needs to bring home the bacon.
- Conservative or right-libertarian. We need to agree on moral shit and not get into political sperg fights.
- Heterosexual and won't troon out. No bisexuals, thanks.
- Not Muslim and not a pajeet
- Takes care of his teeth
- Within ten years of my age

Strongly preferred:
- Tall. Preferably above six feet, but at the very least taller than me (5'8")
- Not bald
- Not having an annoying voice that grates on my ears
- Not ridiculously skinny. I'm fine with overweight men but there is an upper limit like anything else (basically please don't look like my former brother in law)

Would be nice but I'm not holding my breath:
- Beautiful, long curly hair that I can play with. Preferably red.
- Wealthy but not a nepobaby
- Some flavor of Christian or spiritual but won't make me go to church every weekend. I haven't been to church since I was a kid.
 
For me, it's pretty simple.
  • Good cook, I can't live with someone who can't cook.
  • Takes care of their body, you don't have to be Adonis but just hit the gym and keep healthy.
  • Smart, clever, and intelligent. These are different qualities but I couldn't be with someone dumber than me.
  • Good listener, everybody needs someone to lean on once and a while.
  • Understands that sometimes you just need peace and quiet. It's not me being a recluse, sometimes I just like alone time.
  • Tolerant of my particular brand of autism, I will rant about nonsense just smile and nod.
  • If something I am doing is bugging you, just be direct and tell me. We can't work out a problem if we can't talk about it.
  • Be a good person, at least honestly try.
Looks matter a lot less as you mature, really.

This is definitely important. Communication in general is absolutely necessary. In my last relationship both of us were guilty of that at times, but at least I wasn't the one who vented to a friend about all the annoying shit I supposedly did (and thus I never knew there was a problem in the first place). I just bottled it up inside. Don't do that, kids.

If I'm going to date someone now we're going to be PARTNERS. We'll figure shit out together. We're not going to fight each other, we're gonna strategize a solution to whatever the problem is.
 
Himbos/Golden retriever men. Goofy, funny, positive. I love guys that are autistically passionate about something, love listening to them talk about whatever their interest is even if I'm not into it. Good with kids is an absolute must. Competitiveness is really hot if they don't get angry/whiny. Not annoyed by clingy physical contact. My husband is all of these and more, I'm so lucky.

My ideal man is someone who isn't afraid to be passionate about the things they love. I want a nerd, ideally someone who has diverging interests but we can still have discussions about. Takes care of himself, eats good, and is encouraging in also keeping me in line with what I eat. Want a direct man who can tell me when I'm doing something obnoxious or he wants space. I also would prefer someone who isnt creeped out with my being attracted to specific fictional men and I won't be bothered by them staring at pixels, etc.
 
Not autistically obsessed with politics, understands that there’s more to life than talking shit about group x y or z on twitter. Obviously I’d want to be with someone who aligns with my beliefs and has morals but it disturbs me when I see guys who don’t stfu about politics or have this weird rigid belief system about everything, even minor things. If literally the only thing I relate with you on is our political beliefs, it sucks, because I can always tell that you don’t give a shit about other things I care about.

Quiet, introspective, gentle. Intelligent. A little on the skinny side. Maybe a little shy. But strong, mentally and physically. Half cute, half handsome. Features that match mine.

I’ve met a few different guys like this and it’s always like they put me under a spell.
 
Oh boy, I have a lot. I guess if I had to break everything down, I'd put it all into three categories: Values/Beliefs, Personality, and Appearance.
Values/Beliefs:
  • Must be Catholic and conservative (if you're conservative, I really hope you like going to political rallies as much as me).
  • When it comes to being Catholic, I'd like a man like who me is neither too lax nor too rigid, follows the pope, and actually follows the Church teachings on issues such as abortion, contraception, and homosexuality. Also either you don't eat meat on Fridays or are willing to stop eating meat on Fridays (this is for Fridays outside of Lent)
  • Is waiting till marriage to have sex (so a virgin).
  • Wants kids and is ok with letting our kids go to Catholic school.
  • Supports Israel and not Palestine
  • Believes that marriage is a partnership. We both work and raise the kids, this isn't one party does one thing and the other party does that other.
  • No drug use/watching porn/masturbating. I don't care if you drink as long as you're not an alcoholic. Although I'd rather you not drink energy drinks, I think those are a scourge upon the Earth. Drink water like a normal person.
Personality:
  • Is someone I need to respect. I might not agree with everything you think or do, but if I can respect and admire who you are as a person and not look down on you, that is huge. I'd like this feeling to be mutual.
  • Is confident, extroverted, and self-aware
  • Views the world like me through a more rational lens instead of emotional lens. However, I can be emotional at times so I would need someone who is able to help comfort me, and not demean me.
  • Actually regarding emotions, ideally we can both take care of our own but also comfort each other without either of us feeling burdened and that we have to fix the other.
  • Gives practical advice, but is also brutally honest.
  • Can control your anger, are self-disciplined, has your mental health issues sorted out
  • Must be on the same wavelength as me intellectually, and likes having deep conversations regarding life, religion, and politics.
  • In this same vein, I find men who read and are into trivia to be very attractive. I also find men who can speak another language to be attractive.
  • Has the same sense of humor as me (dark, offensive, and morbid humor)
  • Actually has a social life
  • Can cook, hunt, and fish
  • Also can shoot a gun, likes shooting guns, is a good shot, and could kill someone with a gun (I want someone who can fight and beat someone's ass)
  • Is supportive of my hobbies, interests, achievements, and the things I like without demeaning them or seeing them as cringe
  • Is adventurous and likes doing new things - ideally someone who likes getting out of the house instead of staying inside all day (especially if you are open to things like riding horses, hiking, traveling, dancing, and going to museums)
  • Has a stable career in a high-paying field, has a good business sense and credit card score (Seriously, if you can't pay of your credit card every month, how do I know that you can handle finances?)
  • I ultimately want a man who can wear the pants in the relationship. A man who is patient and is a good teacher, who doesn't put down women and sees me as an equal and part of a team. A man who sees a problem as something that can be fixed by the two of us working together. A man who can forgive easily and doesn't dredge up past issues we both said we had moved on from in past arguments. I suppose I could sum this all up by saying that I want a mature man.
Appearance:
  • I like men who are taller than me, are muscular, and have chest hair.
  • I like mustaches and clean-shaved men, no beards.
  • I like longer hair on guys, but as long as I can run my hair through his, length is not an issue.
  • I also like collarbones a lot.
  • Good posture is huge.

Ok, I think this is everything. Looking at it, I wonder if it's too much, but I do know a guy who fits 97% of my criteria, and if I know one, then I'm sure there are many out there.

Every single guy I've dated was a virgin while we dated (although one lied about having sex with a girl which was strange). Also my Catholic men friends are waiting till marriage as well and since I'm only looking to date Catholics (and Catholics cannot have premarital sex) I think my chances at finding a virgin are good (at least, I hope so kek)

-not too fat or too muscular, i like really skinny best but average is good
-5'7-5'9 is ideal range (im 5'5)
-has fashion sense, alternative or at least can put together a nice outfit

-at least a little gender non-conforming

these aren't strict requirements + i know i'm trash so i don't have the highest standards since who am i to judge? it'd have to be a very particular guy for me to want to date a man at all tho so

and men reading this thread: remember, women are human people with their own individual tastes and desires, many things other women on this thread like are absolute disgusting turn-offs to me.

I couldn't give this a sticker without looking like a homosexual, but I agree. I've worked with some younger guys recently and the difference between the anime watchers & non-watchers is like night and day. Anime watchers are at the very least, annoying fags.
