iGPUs have had shader models for well over 15 years at this point. Portal 2 ran on iGPUs at release it was a big thing that Gabe was passionate...

The funniest part is that these supposed dinosaur PCs that can't run pixel shaders would almost certainly be 32-bit, they wouldn't be able to run...
