Apparently the plan was to pick one of the 3 states he thought he'd pay the least amount of taxes in; Texas, Florida, and Washington. Pretty sure...

he basically did because he's retarded. i think he also said something about being able to walk in and get a high level executive job at microsoft...

Because the climate was supposed to be better for his nasal drip (didn't work, obviously), and because he thought the Washington revenue taxes...
