I couldn't agree more. The market prices will go down - what won't is the county's assessed value of my home. Bought it for $119,000 in 2019...

There needs to be cuts. But it never.. fucking happens. Ever. Maybe $100b off here and there, but look at the charts, it's up and up. They cut...
