If someone is being annoying just to piss me off, I reserve the right to tell them I've put them on Ignore just to piss them off.

If the goal of announcing he was putting him on ignore was to piss him off then it worked because the guy he ignored came back seething about it...

That's been turned back on apparently, it no longer shows nonsense numbers.
