Given that Dana Outlaw and Judge Stupid Fucking Lazy Ass Garrett III outlived Momtax as well I doubt it.

Momtax died a few months later of cancer or something like that. Hopefully in pain. Dadtax I know nothing about and he was rarely mentioned.
