I knew a guy once who was a certified HVAC worker - he was a moron and I often wondered how he was qualified. Turns out they aren't the engineers or foremen that actually use math to do the work. Austin, through his repeated defeats on tic-tac-toe, and yet holds a certification in HVAC proves that even morons can get "qualifications".

And yet, having seen some of the mickey-mouse horseshit I've seen with HVAC work in some homes, it makes complete sense that people like Austin were allowed near anything important.

I don't really disagree with what you're saying, just that Austin received that certification many, many rocks ago and current Austin might have more of an issue passing.
