With his abuse of "legal" drugs does anyone know the likelihood he actually gets popped for using? Does the PO just sigh and wave him thru?

Sounds like it still require it to be prescribed by primary physician and not a "card" that usually is shopped for. But I could be wrong.

If I'm being honest, medical marijuana might be the least bad thing he could be prescribed. It might chill him the fuck out. Nick clearly doesn't...
