Probably no on the state opening up Kayla and April's case. Nick will just get additional charges relating to violation of probation etc.

No. Their charges were dropped in exchange for a guilty plea. Nick’s compliance with probation has nothing to do with that.

If theres no issue with the statute of limitations and they were dismissed without prejudice, which it appears these were, then theoretically yes...
