I already view Ur-dragon and Tiamat players as the archenemy when they sit down, this card just proves I was correct to do so and should continue...

There are uh, better options to do this that don't involve 8 mana. Like CEDH level options >.>

It does change the game but WotC's definition of game changer is actually just CEDH staple and this isn't one of those.
