some genshin numbers I saw had over a 50% drop, HSR is way more powercreepy which means higher chance of turning people off, ZZZ is it's own mess...

Pure speculation on my part, but HSR is probably easier for MHY to experiment with and fuck around with the various systems to see what works to...
