Amber's definition of binging is eating more than what she normally eats. If she was bingeen she would be gaineeen. She is just eateen to maintain.

So she couldn’t do it to get muh lifesaveeeen weight loss surgery when she was with Jade, but can now without having to “live with the discomfort”...
