Distance to the (artificial) light source too far or at a bad angle. Maybe Zn (would be pale with dark veins) or Ca deficiency (misshapen leaves)...

What substrate are you growing them in?

What kind of growlights are you using? Can you provide a link to the product or a similar one? I've been seeing alot of cheap chinesium garbage...
