Looks like a dude to me. Also self identifies as trans on the blog, and is clearly presenting female with she her pronouns, so it’s gotta be a dude.

Male. The brow ridge in the other photo is quite evident. Also, this group doesn't seem to associate with any females who aren't some flavor of trans.
