Wouldnt they just burn all the slums and ghettos then? Its not like anything will be done about if they outright burn them. Just a lot of fake...

Zero chance much of this is rebuilt in 4 years. ZERO. This is well beyond Katrina-level damage dollar-wise and those people didn't have LA's...
