He got a lot of things in his sentence, but he completed his probation like a good boy, and also paid the fine, so things like Jail were dropped.
These are the best I can do now. I might look into it tomorrow, but expect no results, because this is probably restricted. Not gonna try contacting his therapist, because I am positive they are forbidden from disclosing anything as per federal law. Also, that'd be an extremely low bar.

That's what the court ordered to Russ. It ordered an assesement and a treatement if necessary.
There's (usually) a minor technicality here. The court CANNOT order you to undergo medical treatment (normally) - but they CAN make it a requirement of probation.
Lolcows consistently getting nothing but slaps on the wrist has done more than anything else to show that the "over-criminalization" narrative is absolute BS. Chris was a perfect example, even before the Incest saga. The man violently assaulted two people, went to therapy, and got everything dropped because he could play the autism card.
Well the Court can order you forcibly committed to a psych facility. But they tend not to do that so much anymore outside of catastrophic acts of violence.

March 2, 2022 letter says he will meet with therapist monthly due to affordability. June 10, 2022 says completed 16 hours of counseling. They had 4-hour sessions? OK.
