Keep it simple. Cook some eggs, make some pasta or pan fry a steak.

Been in the same rut you have. Praying you can get out of it.

I'm guessing you're not looking for any possible ideas right now?

My recommendation is cook either fast and sort of healhy (salad/sandwiches), or big dishes you take 2-3 times to finish (Bolognese is fantastic)...
