Technically it's the same bacteria, but it's not bacterial vaginosis since it isn't caused by the same factors, nor is it the same piece of anatomy.

You can't really call it "vaginosis" but the treatment is the same... close enough I guess. Nobody wants to fight the trannies over their "right"...
