Yeah, since it's a base skill of the Arcanist jobs! It's really handy. SMN is a pretty braindead job to get right. Cycle through your summons...

The Tank's HP doesn't need to be full at all times unless you're in a Healer Solo Duty. Your oGCD heals are much more important than your GCD...
