Big part of it is "I want to be seen as oppressed so that I can get social clout but I also don't want to give up my aesthetic"

I think they simply want to have their cake and eat it too. They obviously enjoy dressing feminine but also want to be a part of this community...

They are women desperately seeking attention. I don't think it's hard to figure it out.
