i only have experience with dots on my p365, and only at the range so my opinion is limited. i find they are nice, but not game changers compared...

Handguns can look good with added sights but rarely in the tacticool sense people want them to. Take for example the Longslide 1911 w/laser...

In low light, at distances greater than 20m, and especially re-engaging targets, they are clearly superior to irons. So while not a total game...
