I was always a Snes9x Chad, and I have heard that there were translated ROMs that had code for ZSNES (the pleb's emulator) that it wouldn't work...

Same situation here too, I could play SNES games just fine on ZSNES even on my Windows 98 computer with 64mb of RAM.
It sucks fucking ass to buy...
