I checked out of Voyager after the 37's and only got back into it after Babylon 5 finally ended. I'd like to say it finally coaleces like TNG did...

The plot doesn't really advance after season 3 either. The only real difference is that the cast shifts around a bit.

I agree with this, but it's worth noting that Wang wasn't treated very well at all by the Producers and he didn't have the best character to begin...
