When I see people like this (which thankfully isn't often) I always yell at them CONTROL YOUR DOG! WHY CAN'T YOU CONTROL YOUR DOG!?! I don't wait...

Those are almost one of the "it's the owner not the dog" dogs, not because they can't be just as vicious, but because they're expensive, uncommon...
