I wouldn't say it was a completely freak accident if the ship wasn't being properly maintained by its owners, but yeah it sounds like the crew...

Sometimes it's best to treat these things as just one of those tragic incidents that occured and sometimes you can do everything right and people...

Wasn't there like six or seven cars that went into the water? Or were those the construction workers?
