Honestly, nostalgia, but I think that people liked the weapons selection and the simplicity of Chapter 1.. No augs/perks, no gold to keep track...

I don't think people realize how much better the game is now vs. 10 years ago in literally every respect. Fortnite is like World of Warcraft...
